H. Pike Oliver has been promoted to senior vice president of Southwest Diversified Inc., a developer of homes and master-planned communities in California and Arizona. He will be responsible primarily for planning and processing for all projects in Southern California. Oliver joined Southwest Diversified in 1989 as a vice president.
