NO DALY AT DOVE: 1991 PGA champion John Daly’s latest drinking-related troubles led him to volunteer Tuesday for alcohol treatment. He not only withdrew from PGA Tour events indefinitely (C2), he also pulled out of the Pro Stakes at Dove Canyon Country Club, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. . . . Fuzzy Zoeller, Craig Stadler and Peter Jacobsen still plan to be there; Daly has not yet been replaced. Tickets are $40 daily, $70 for two days. For $100, they throw in a round later at Dove Canyon.
