Resigned: Citing bad publicity from his recent arrest on drug charges, actor Todd Bridges, 27, resigned as head of the Todd Bridges Youth Foundation that he founded two years ago in Compton. The former “Diff’rent Strokes” child star was arrested last week by officers who stopped him while driving and said they found 1 1/2 grams of methamphetamine and a loaded handgun in his car. Bridges, who has a history of drug abuse, said he was using someone else’s car and didn’t know what was in it. He was released on bail.
