The hottest new group around is Shai, a Boyz II Men-like R&B; harmony unit that surfaced last fall with the smash single “If I Ever Fall in Love.” That’s also the title of their debut album, which shot up to No. 8 in its second week on the chart. Reba McEntire has developed a strong pop following--rivaling Wynonna Judd’s--among female country artists. McEntire’s new one, “It’s Your Call,” which came out last month, moved up three notches to No. 9. Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You” is still the top pop single.
