State of the Sax Address: That old saxophone is gathering dust. Bill Clinton told Arsenio Hall via a taped message that aired Friday on a special fourth anniversary edition of “The Arsenio Hall Show” that he hasn’t had much time to play his instrument like he did last spring on the show. “You know, Arsenio, I probably had more fun on your show than anything else I did in the entire campaign,” Clinton said on the clip. “But now that I’ve become President . . . I’ve had to trade in my beloved saxophone for those big, heavy budget books. . . .” One thing he said he hasn’t put away: the hip dark shades he wore while playing “Heartbreak Hotel” on Hall’s show.
