The executive board of the Oxnard Harbor District, which oversees the small Port of Hueneme, has elected new officers.

District Vice President Edward Millan replaced Ray Fletcher as board president at the panel’s regular bimonthly meeting Monday.

Secretary Raymond Fosse was elected vice president, and Commissioner Stanley Daily was elected secretary.

The five-member executive board oversees the Harbor District, which has annual gross revenues of $5 million. The port’s imports and exports range from meat, produce and automobiles.

The board leadership rotates at its first meeting every year.
