SUN VALLEY : Bar Customer Shot and Killed
A man was fatally shot early Tuesday morning at a Sun Valley bar, Los Angeles police reported.
His name was withheld until his family could be notified, Detective Mike Coffey said. The shooting took place about 12:30 a.m. at the Las Playas bar, 8229 San Fernando Road.
The man was apparently a customer in the bar when he was shot several times in the upper body and died on the floor, Coffey said. Police are seeking a suspect, Coffey said, declining to elaborate.
