And “A Current Affair” has a segment on the Tay killing, scheduled for Monday night (Channel 11, 7:30 p.m.). . . . A spokeswoman for one production company hoping for a Tay TV movie explains: “We prefer to do stories that are heartwarming. But this is what sells. The public has a real curiosity for this stuff.”
