Long before there was a boycott of Colorado, a friend and I visited Vail. I had spent several summers in Aspen where the music, the lectures and the environment were beyond description. We were in Vail in spring. There were no flowers; nothing to do, except to go to a movie; no music. In short, nothing. We were bored to tears.
