Tippell Installed as President of BIA/SC

Gordon Tippell, chairman of Taylor Woodrow Homes, has been installed as president of the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California, succeeding Randy Hall of Concordia Homes.

The BIA/SC is a trade group that serves and promotes the home-building industry by providing collective legislative advocacy, educational programs, labor relations.
