Koll Management Profit Increases 4%

Koll Management Services Inc., a real estate management company, reported a 4% gain in profit for its third fiscal quarter: $754,000, or 23 cents a share, up from $727,000, or 22 cents a share, for the corresponding period a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was up 43% to $9.7 million from $6.8 million. For the first three quarters of its fiscal year, the company recorded earnings of $2.1 million, or 64 cents a share, up 11% from $1.9 million, or 64 cents a share, a year earlier. Nine-month revenue increased 42% to $28.6 million from $20.1 million.
