Vasquez is so angry he’s asking the board today to appoint a graffiti task force of county agency leaders. . . . “The destructive work of so-called tagging crews and hip-hop free lancers is creating a blight along our freeways, in our streets and in our neighborhoods,” Vasquez says. “Even our trees have become targets.”
