Kids Ask Clinton: Instead of Saturday morning cartoons on Feb. 20, kids will be able to tune into President Clinton. An ABC News special will feature Clinton answering questions from children in a White House audience, studio audiences around the country and callers from home on the live 90-minute show. Peter Jennings will moderate “President Clinton: Answering Children’s Questions.” A highlight of the show: Jaleel White, in his character of Steve Urkel on ABC’s “Family Matters,” will go to Capitol Hill where Sen. Bob Dole (R-Kan.) and House Speaker Tom S. Foley (D-Wash.) will show him how a bill becomes a law.
