The Philadelphia Eagles asked the NFL to investigate Houston defensive coordinator Buddy Ryan of improperly trying to lure Reggie White to the Oilers. No club besides the Eagles may officially talk to White until he becomes a free agent on March 1. The Eagles filed the complaint after newspapers reported that Ryan said the Oilers will be White’s top choice with him coaching there.
