Ralphs Grocery Co. recently announced the following promotions and retirements:

Lee Mueller has been promoted to senior vice president of store operations, succeeding James W. Brown, who will retire March 31 after 50 years of service. Mueller most recently served as division group vice president.

James Warren was named senior vice president of distribution and manufacturing, and will continue to be responsible for all functions of Ralphs warehousing, transportation and manufacturing facilities.

Alan G. Gray was promoted to senior vice president of administration from group vice president.

Jane Rice has been named vice president. She previously served as group vice president of management information services.
