Owner-Manager Assn. Elects Ewing President

James C. Ewing, regional president of Koll Management Services, has been elected the new president of Building Owners and Managers Assn. of Greater Los Angeles.

As chief elected officer of the 1,200-member commercial real estate association, Ewing will head the 25-member board of directors as well as 14 operating committees providing services to the office building industry.
