NEW BLOOMERS: Orange County’s two newest regional parks will open in time to catch the end of what is expected to be the best spring wildflower season in years (OC Live!). . . . The opening of 3,000-acre Laguna Coast Regional Park has been set for April 10, while 360-acre Peter’s Canyon Regional Park will open April 30. . . . But two county parks remain closed from winter storm damage to roads and trails: Whiting Ranch Regional Park and Aliso and Wood Canyons Regional Park.
