Couple Time: Tom and Roseanne Arnold aren’t the only hot TV couple these days. Debbi Morgan, wife of “Roc” star Charles Dutton, makes her second guest appearance on the Fox show this Sunday. Morgan reprises the homeless character she played on the first live “Roc” episode. This week, Roc and Eleanor (Ella Joyce) invite the homeless woman to their home for dinner, where she becomes affectionate with neighbor Crazy George (Jamie Foxx).
