Changing Times: Talk station KFI-AM (640) is changing its daily lineup. Starting on Monday lawyer/talk-show host Bill Handel will take over the 7-9 p.m. Monday-Friday slot at the station, replacing Barbara Whitesides who will move to weekends. Handel will continue to host his Saturday morning show on legal issues from 7-9 a.m. Whitesides will be heard Saturdays from 9-11 a.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
