New Kids’ Fare: Broadcasters scrambling to comply with the Children’s Television Act will have a new fall offering from Walt Disney Studios, which plans to create and distribute 16 half-hour episodes of a new educational entertainment program. Details will be announced next month at the National Assn. of Broadcasters convention in Las Vegas. Disney will also make available 26 half-hour episodes of the Disney Channel’s award-winning program “Adventures in Wonderland.”
