PLACENTIA / YORBA LINDA : School Meetings to Begin Earlier
The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District Board of Trustees has voted to change the starting time of its meetings from 7:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the suggestion of Trustee Jerry Brakebill.
The board approved the change to make it easier for parents to attend meetings, which frequently last two to three hours. The change will go into effect at the next scheduled meeting on April 13.
The board meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month at the district’s Educational Services Center, 4999 Casa Loma Avenue, in Yorba Linda.
