Don’t Be Cruel: Lisa Marie Presley Keough, 25, daughter of Elvis Presley, won a formal High Court judgment Friday in London against two Americans who wrote a story she was a “sex menace” and sold it to Britain’s Sunday Mirror newspaper. Keough and her husband, Daniel, had sued Hollywood executive David Krieff and Tracey Courtney for libel over the publication in October, 1990. The articles, under the headline “Elvis Daughter Is a Sex Menace,” quoted Krieff as saying Keough had turned his life into a nightmare with her “sexy antics.” The judge granted the Keoughs an injunction preventing the repeat of the libel and ordered damages to be assessed.
