Paramount Pictures has promoted Clifford Lachman to senior vice president of programming and production for its Domestic Television unit. Lachman, 36, will oversee production of “Entertainment Tonight,” “Hard Copy,” “The Arsenio Hall Show,” “The Maury Povich Show” and the upcoming “John & Leeza” show on NBC.
