Stan Fletcher of Norfolk, Va., who skipped the national meet but was invited to the U.S. Box-Offs based on his international record, scored a 46-20 decision over Aristead Clayton of Baker, La., in a 119-pound bout at Phoenix to win a spot in the World Boxing Championships in June.
