Light Opera Shake-Ups: Martin Wiviott has left his job as executive director of Los Angeles Civic Light Opera. “We’re sorry to lose him,” said Stan Seiden, president of the West Coast arm of the Nederlander Organization, which owns the Civic Light Opera. It’s “open season” on who will replace Wiviott. Several sources say Wiviott is on his way to a new job with the Theatre Corp. of America, which runs the Pasadena Playhouse. Playhouse officials declined to comment. . . . In Long Beach, Pegge Logefeil has been dismissed as executive director of Long Beach Civic Light Opera. Her job was eliminated as part of $150,000 in cost cutbacks designed to tackle a deficit that could balloon to $1.2 million by the end of this season, said board spokesman Wayne Kistler. Reached at home, Logefeil declined to comment.
