GOOD DEED: State Bar officials have concluded that a sudden impulse to kindness should not necessarily disqualify someone from being a lawyer. . . . They have decided not to penalize five law students, including a former lifeguard from North Hollywood, who set aside their bar exams to help a test-taker suffering a seizure. . . . If that portion of the timed test lowers the test-taker’s score, it won’t count, the Bar has ruled (B4).
