A San Fernando Valley Juvenile Court judge ruled Wednesday that a 16-year-old boy should be tried as an adult for the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old Porter Ranch pizzeria manager.

The teen-ager, whose name is being withheld until he is arraigned in San Fernando Superior Court later this week, will join Alex Velasquez, 17, in being tried as adults for the Jan. 14 shooting of John Michael Holden during a holdup of the Ameci In & Out Pizza and Pasta in Northridge.

Police are still looking for a third teen-ager believed to have fired the fatal shots. Police released the name and a photograph of Dusty Tyrone Castillo, 16, of Simi Valley after receiving approval from a Juvenile Court judge.

According to police, Castillo and Velasquez entered the restaurant about 6:30 p.m. and demanded money. Holden complied and handed over $450 but was shot anyway.
