FOREIGN HIT: “Missing Joseph,” Huntington Beach author Elizabeth George’s, above, sixth British mystery featuring New Scotland Yard Inspector Thomas Lynley, hits bookstores in June. But the suspense novel about the death of a village vicar in the Lancashire witch country is already a hit in Britain where it was released in February: It made the London Sunday Times bestseller list. . . . Says the former English teacher at El Toro High School: “People are still very surprised that I’m an American.”
