* Richard J. Geruson has been promoted to vice president of business operations and planning for Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. in Irvine. Geruson, who has been with Toshiba since 1991, previously held the positions of director of corporate marketing and acting vice president of marketing. Before joining Toshiba, he was director of marketing operations for Stratus Computer in Marlboro, Mass., and director of business planning and director of marketing for Stratus’ service business unit.
