BUDGET STUDIES: Cal State Northridge President Blenda Wilson tells students and faculty members that a budget on the drawing board would spare the jobs of tenured and tenure-track faculty, but fall hard on part-timers and students (B4). As many as 300 of the school’s part-time instructors would be dismissed. Students would pay higher fees, only to find that as many as 800 classes had been eliminated. . . .
