David Be Good: Singer David Lee Roth will be cleared of charges that he bought a $5 bag of marijuana in a Greenwich Village park, if he behaves himself for the next year. At a hearing Friday in New York Criminal Court, the 38-year-old former Van Halen vocalist was granted an adjournment “contemplating a dismissal.” That means all charges will be dropped if he is a law-abiding citizen for a year. Roth was one of 38 people arrested April 16 after a drug sweep of Washington Square Park.
