Clinton’s Haircut
Is our populist President converting from a Bubba to a Yuppie, or is a hybrid (Buppie?) in the making? It is ironic that Bill Clinton’s latest road trip, ostensibly designed to reconnect the President with “the people,” ended with a $200 haircut (May 21). I do not begrudge our President the need to avoid a bad hair day, but with apologies to James Carville, just remember, it’s the symbolism, stupid!
