HYDE PARK : 3 Men Found Shot to Death Inside House
Three men believed to be gang members were found shot to death early Friday in what may have been an execution-style slaying in Hyde Park, Los Angeles police said.
The victims, whose names were not released, were shot numerous times between 2 and 3 a.m. in a house near 70th Street and Arlington Avenue, said Officer Arthur Holmes. The gunmen, who used high-powered rifles, were believed to be members of a rival gang, Holmes said.
“We don’t know what the motive was . . . gang (rivalry) or narcotics or some type of vendetta,” Holmes said. Detectives were still looking for witnesses or leads.
