Pennsylvania Governor Is Taken Off Ventilator

PITTSBURGH, Pa. —
Pennsylvania Gov. Robert P. Casey was breathing without a ventilator Wednesday morning for the first time since he received a new heart and liver in a rare transplant operation Monday, a spokeswoman for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center said.
