Father’s Day Anglers Reel in Fresh Catches

At least two father-son teams around the Southland enjoyed good fishing on Father’s Day.

Mike Barker of Ojai, fishing with his son, Jake, at Lake Casitas, caught largemouth bass weighing 12 pounds and 11 3/4 pounds. Jon and Jon Martin of Simi Valley topped their catch at Lake Piru with trout weighing 2-4 2/3.
