John Ferraro
I thank The Times for giving credit to those responsible for doing “a good job working the local legislators to minimize (the city’s) financial hit” (editorial, July 8). However, your editorial neglected to mention the most important city official involved. Council President John Ferraro was the glue that kept the city effort together and focused, and his name deserves to be at the top of any list of those to be thanked.
