ANOTHER COVER-UP: Workers had a pesky time fixing the curb outside the Justice Department where then-FBI Director William S. Sessions stumbled and broke his arm. While the concrete repair was still wet, some joker carved in Sessions’ name, commemorating the fall he took after Atty. Gen. Janet Reno told him to resign or be fired. So the curb fixers had to return with mortar and trowel to, er, cover up.
