The Bullfrogs remained unbeaten in Roller Hockey International play and clinched a playoff berth with a 9-6 victory over the San Diego Barracudas before an announced crowd of 10,971 Sunday at the Anaheim Arena.

Anaheim (9-0) is the RHI’s only undefeated team. San Diego is 3-7.

“We don’t want to limp into the playoffs because a stumble can lead to an early exit,” Bullfrog Coach Chris McSorley said.

Joe Cook led the Anaheim attack, posting his second hat trick of the season. Devin Edgerton scored two first-quarter goals, the second with 58 seconds remaining in the quarter. Nineteen seconds later, Kevin Kerr scored a power-play goal to give Anaheim a 3-1 lead.
