Share

TSL Holdings Inc., the troubled Moorpark personal computer maker, has sought bankruptcy protection for another European unit.

TSL, formerly called Tandon Corp., says its French subsidiary has become illiquid and has filed bankruptcy papers. The parent company made a similar announcement regarding its German unit in early July.

TSL itself filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in March, seeking to restructure debts of more than $70 million. The firm has closed down most of its U. S. operations.
