TSL Holdings Inc., the troubled Moorpark personal computer maker, has sought bankruptcy protection for another European unit.
TSL, formerly called Tandon Corp., says its French subsidiary has become illiquid and has filed bankruptcy papers. The parent company made a similar announcement regarding its German unit in early July.
