20th Century Fox Names New Business Affairs VP

Mark H. Resnick has been named senior vice president of business affairs at 20th Century Fox, where he will be responsible for negotiating deals involving film acquisition, development, production and distribution.

Resnick joins Fox from Columbia Pictures, where he was senior vice president of legal affairs and head of the studio’s legal department.

Jim Sheehan is the new Western managing director for Triumph Releasing Corp.

Edward E. Frumkes has been named executive vice president of Warner Bros. International Theatrical Division.

Paul LaMori has been named vice president of post-production at Hollywood Pictures.

Dennis Nollette has been promoted to vice president of the legal division at Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Television

Lawrence Garrett, who heads Republic Pictures’ international home video division, is taking on the added responsibilities of running its international television division.

Peter Bachmann has been named senior vice president of business and legal affairs at Spelling Television.

Nancy McLeod Perkins is the new vice president of casting at Universal Television.

Robin Baum has been named director of the entertainment division at Rogers & Cowan.

Mark Sevenans is the new chief financial officer of Philips Media. He will also serve on the executive committee of Philips, a division of the Dutch electronics conglomerate.
