Expansion: O’Donnell Property Services Inc. in Irvine has increased its size. The company has agreed to manage and market a portfolio of 16 commercial real estate developments for Meridian Point Properties Inc. in San Francisco.
The agreement raises O’Donnell’s number of managed properties in California to 23 million square feet.
