North Geneva Street, 300 block--Thieves took circuit breakers of unknown value from an apartment complex at 9:50 p.m. Aug. 11.
Lowell Avenue, 4700 block--A 2-year-old Amazon parrot, valued at $1,000, disappeared from its indoor perch in a residential office on Aug. 11 or 12.
Acacia Avenue and Brand Boulevard--Two thieves with a gun stole $60 from a man near a restaurant at 1 a.m. Aug. 14.
San Fernando Road, 4800 block--After smashing a glass door, thieves stole computer equipment, valued at $6,984, from a business at 7:18 a.m. Aug. 14.
South Central Avenue, 400 block--Thieves entered an apartment, possibly with a pass key, and stole cash and jewelry, valued together at $7,295, between 8:30 a.m. and 8:10 p.m. Aug. 14.
North Columbus Avenue, 600 block--A man posing as a window washer entered the home of a senior citizen and stole $400 between 1:15 and 1:40 p.m. Aug. 14.
Bel Aire Drive, 1800 block--Thieves pried open a classroom door in an elementary school and stole a VCR, valued at $400, at 8:20 p.m. Aug. 15.
La Crescenta
Ramsdell Avenue, 4400 block--Thieves pried open the door to a school and stole a VCR, valued at $400, in a theft discovered Aug. 9.
Atwater Village
Weldon Avenue, 3000 block--Thieves stole a camper shell, valued at $1,500, off a man’s truck between 8 and 11:45 p.m. Aug. 11.
Eagle Rock
Colorado Boulevard, 1300 block--Thieves entered a private residence through an open window and stole a radio and tapes or records, valued together at $1,500, between 5:30 a.m. and 10 p.m. Aug. 10.
Montiflora Avenue, 1800 block--Thieves with shotguns followed a man home and stole cash and jewelry, valued together at $570, at 10:20 p.m. Aug. 10.
North Avenue 45, 1600 block--Entering through an unlocked front window, thieves stole a TV and video equipment, valued together at $1,825, at 3 p.m. Aug. 13.
Echo Park
Lucretia Avenue, 1800 block--Thieves forced open the rear door of a private residence and stole a radio and TV, valued together at $1,175, in a theft discovered Aug. 9.
North Valentine Street, 2400 block--Thieves with a gun stole car keys, credit cards and $170 at 11:15 p.m. Aug. 9
Valentine Street, 2200 block--As a woman pulled into a garage, thieves with a gun approached and stole her purse, which contained $115, at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 9.
Glendale Boulevard, 1300 block--Thieves with guns entered a business, ordered the people there into a restroom, then stole industrial equipment, valued at $21,173, at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 9.
Figueroa Terrace, 900 block--Pointing an automatic or submachine gun at a woman’s head, a thief stole her wallet, which contained credit cards and $60, at 9 p.m. Aug. 9.
West Sunset Boulevard, 1800 block--Thieves pried open the rear door of a business and stole cash and cigarettes, valued together at $1,370, between 2 and 6 a.m. Aug. 11
North Lemoyne Street, 1800 block--Thieves forced open the front door of a private residence, ransacked the bedroom and stole jewelry, valued at $1,200, between 7:45 a.m. and noon Aug. 11.
Cerro Gordo Street, 2000 block--Grabbing a woman by the back of her head, thieves pushed her to the ground and stole her purse, which contained $700, at 4:10 p.m. Aug. 11.
Glendale Boulevard, 1300 block--Thieves ordered through a drive-thru window, then showed a gun and stole $120 at 10:20 a.m. Aug. 13.
Glassell Park
Verdugo Road, 3600 block--A thief knocked a man off his bicycle, valued at $130, and stole it at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 9.
Blake Avenue, 1700 block--Thieves forced open a storage shed door and stole tools, valued at $1,500, in a theft discovered Aug. 13.
Pepper Avenue, 3300 block--Thieves pointed a shotgun at a man as they stole cash and jewelry, valued together at $1,425, at 10:30 p.m. Aug. 13.
Verdugo View Drive, 4000 block--After forcing open a rear window, thieves entered a private residence and stole cash and a TV, valued at $3,555, between 5 and 6:50 p.m. Aug. 15.
Highland Park
York Boulevard and Avenue 54--Thieves with a gun stole food and a cart, valued together at $185, from a man at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 11.
Raphael Street, 5000 block--Thieves forced open a rear window to enter a private residence and steal a TV and video equipment, valued together at $9,500, between Aug. 11 and 13.
Stratford Road, 5300 block--Thieves stole jewelry, valued at $2,800, from a private residence in a theft discovered Aug. 12.
North Avenue 55, 1700 block--After prying open a side door, thieves stole video equipment and jewelry, valued together at $1,725, from a private residence between 6 and 10 p.m. Aug. 12.
North Avenue 50, 900 block--Thieves pried open a rear window, ransacked the bedroom and stole cash and guns, valued together at $1,050, between 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Aug. 13.
Figueroa and Roy streets--Thieves approached a woman from behind, pushed her up against a fence and stole her purse, which contained $205, at 9:05 p.m. Aug. 13.
Chestnut Avenue, 800 block--Thieves with a gun came up behind a man in a parking lot and stole his wallet, which contained $364, at 10:25 p.m. Aug. 13.
North Figueroa Street, 5400 block--A thief with a knife stole a bicycle, valued at $2,000, from a man at 3:40 p.m. Aug. 14.
Weaver Lane, 5900 block--A thief posing as a city worker entered a woman’s house and stole $60 at 11 a.m. Aug. 15.
Los Feliz
Sanborn Avenue, 1300 block--Entering through a pried-open window, thieves stole a TV and radio, valued together at $2,800, from a private residence in a theft discovered Aug. 9.
North Vermont Avenue, 2100 block--After trying to pay for gasoline with a counterfeit $20 bill, thieves pulled a gun on the attendant and demanded gas, but left when the attendant refused at 12:05 a.m. Aug. 9.
Clayton and Hillhurst avenues--Placing a gun in the rib cage of a woman seated in a car, a thief stole her purse, which contained $100, at 4 p.m. Aug. 11.
North Vermont Avenue, 1100 block--Thieves with a knife knocked a man to the ground, then stole cash and jewelry, valued together at $430, at 11 p.m. Aug. 12.
Hillhurst Avenue, 1900 block--Thieves cut the lock off the security bar of a clothing store and stole clothing, valued at $6,060, at 5 a.m. Aug. 13.
North New Hampshire Avenue, 1800 block--Thieves stole cash and jewelry, valued together at $1,685, from a private residence on Aug. 13 or 14.
Fountain and Vermont avenues--Armed with a screwdriver, thieves stole a man’s jacket and $107 at 8:50 p.m. Aug. 14.
Mt. Washington
San Rafael Avenue, 3900 block--Thieves cut a front window screen to enter a private residence and steal a TV and video equipment, valued together at $1,150, between 1:30 and 4 p.m. Aug. 9.
West Avenue 46, 500 block--Entering through a rear window, thieves ransacked a bedroom and stole camera equipment and luggage, valued together at $3,658, between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. Aug. 11.
Silver Lake
Panorama Terrace, 2400 block--After forcing open a locked side window, thieves entered a private residence and stole a radio and video equipment, valued together at $2,450, between 9:30 a.m. and noon Aug. 9.
Avenue, 3900 block--Thieves pried open a bedroom window and stole a radio and video equipment, valued together at $1,356, between 12:30 and 4:30 p.m. Aug. 9.
Silverlake boulevards--Thieves with a gun stole $146 from a man at 1:45 a.m. Aug. 14.
