Premiere Radio Networks Inc., a Sherman Oaks producer of syndicated radio programming, reported losses for its latest second quarter and six-month period.

It said it had expected the losses because of costs of starting up its first radio station, KZDG-FM in Denver.

Premiere’s second-quarter loss was $43,185, in contrast with a year-earlier profit of $346,244. Its revenue edged up to $2.58 million from $2.54 million.
