20th Century Industries Names New CEO: The Woodland Hills-based insurance holding company said Neil H. Ashley will become chief executive on Sept. 1 and assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of the company. The move is part of a management succession plan to replace the company’s 80-year-old founder, chairman and chief executive, Louis W. Foster. Ashley, 70, is a Tucson, Ariz., attorney, former president of 20th Century Insurance Co. and currently a director of the company. President James Curley will report to Ashley, the company said.
