Youth Wounded in Street Shooting
NORTHRIDGE —
A teen-ager was shot on a Northridge street late Sunday night by one or more individuals riding in a dark colored pickup truck trimmed with white stripes, police said Monday.
Los Angeles Police Detective Peggy Mosely said the victim--whose name was not released because of his age--was shot near the 15550 block of Nordhoff Street about 11:50 p.m. Sunday. Mosely said the victim is expected to survive.
Mosely said the shooting is being investigated.
