The daring 1992 TV movie Danielle Steel’s ‘Secrets’ (NBC Monday at 9 p.m.) rips intothe underbelly of the entertainment business to uncover this truly shocking find: People in Hollywood are fundamentally decent and really, really nice. Be prepared, however, for the film’s flat ending.
