The following are selected entries from the crime logs of local law enforcement agencies between Sept. 13 and 19:
Glendale
West Milford Street, 400 block--Thieves broke into an elementary school, damaging a window and some carpeting and stealing property of unknown value. The theft was discovered Sept. 13.
North Glendale Avenue, 100 block--After breaking a window to enter a medical clinic, thieves stole a radio and office equipment, valued together at $1,450, in a theft discovered Sept. 13.
Robin Glen Drive, 600 block--Thieves took tools valued at $2,515 from an open residential garage in a theft discovered Sept. 14.
North Jackson Street, 200 block--Office equipment and a TV, valued together at $3,100, were stolen from a law office Sept. 13 or 14.
West Wilson Avenue, 300 block--Thieves opened a window of a residence and stole a TV and stereo, valued together at $2,199, Sept. 13 or 14.
West Eulalia Street, 100 block--Thieves stole computer equipment valued at $7,300 from a hospital personnel office between 3:45 and 8 a.m. Sept. 14.
Harvard and Kenwood Streets--Thieves on bicycles repeatedly hit the back of a woman’s wheelchair in an unsuccessful attempt to steal her purse at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 14.
South Central Avenue, 1300 block--A woman lost cash and jewelry, valued together at $1,600, to two con artists who asked her to give the items to them as proof of the woman’s honesty at 10 a.m. Sept. 15.
Mountain Street, 1000 block--Entering through a rear second-story window, thieves stole rings, valued together at $5,000, from a residence at 12:45 p.m. Sept. 15.
South Central Avenue, 100 block--A thief grabbed a woman’s wallet, containing $2 and credit cards, at 5 p.m. Sept. 15.
Avenue, 600 block--Thieves took a gate off its hinges to enter a business and steal a compressor, valued at $2,500, at 10:10 p.m. Sept. 15.
South Glendale Avenue, 1800 block--Breaking the rear window of a business, thieves stole computer equipment, valued at $4,400, Sept. 15 or 16.
San Fernando Road, 4000 block--Thieves stole a logic board valued at $1,800 from a fast-food restaurant’s video game between 10 and 11 p.m. Sept. 16.
South Orange Street, 200 block--Possibly using a key, thieves stole computer equipment valued at $4,300 from a charitable organization’s counseling office Sept. 17 or 18.
Atwater Village
San Fernando Road, 3100 block--Thieves took household goods valued at $8,293 from a department store Sept. 14 or 15.
Eagle Rock
Range View Avenue, 4900 block--Entering a residence through a side window, thieves stole a radio, valued at $1,000, between 1:15 and 5 p.m. Sept. 13.
Eagle Rock Boulevard, 4400 block--A thief pretending to be a customer at a fast-food restaurant pulled a gun and stole $100 at 9:20 p.m. Sept. 13.
Ellenwood Drive, 4400 block--Thieves climbed up to a front window in an apartment, pushed it open and stole a TV and video equipment, valued together at $4,450, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sept. 14.
Glen Arbor Avenue, 1000 block--Thieves entered a residence through a rear door and stole a radio and video equipment, valued together at $3,800, between 7:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Sept. 15.
North Figueroa Street, 7300 block--Thieves approached a woman in a parking lot, put a gun to her chest and stole her purse containing $195 at 2 p.m. Sept. 15.
Echo Park
Avon Street, 2000 block--Entering a residence through a locked side window, thieves stole computer equipment, valued at $1,500, between 7:15 a.m. and 3 p.m. Sept. 13.
Glendale Boulevard, 1400 block--Thieves with a gun stole a man’s wallet containing $140 in a parking lot at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 17.
Figueroa Terrace, 900 block--Brandishing a gun, thieves stole a wallet containing $90 at 4:15 p.m. Sept. 19.
Glassell Park
West Avenue 41, 3800 block--After prying open the rear door of a residence, thieves stole jewelry, valued at $2,100, between 2:45 and 3:45 p.m. Sept. 15.
Eagle Rock Boulevard, 3800 block--Thieves broke into a locked storage space and stole clothing and other property, valued together at $3,913, between Sept. 15 and 17.
Toland Way, 4500 block--After removing the wooden frame of a private school’s sliding door, thieves stole a radio and video equipment, valued together at $927, Sept. 16 or 17.
Eagle Rock Boulevard, 3800 block--Thieves forced open the front door of a business and stole a TV and other property, valued together at $1,840, in a theft discovered Sept. 19.

Crystal Springs Drive, 4400 block--A thief with a gun stole $500 from a business at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 13.
Highland Park
Church Street, 6600 block--A thief grabbed a woman’s purse containing $340 at 9 p.m. Sept. 13.
Monte Vista Street and Avenue 53--Approaching a man from the rear, two thieves pushed him over, then stole cash and jewelry, valued together at $60, at knifepoint at 1:40 p.m. Sept. 14.
North Figueroa Street, 6500 block--A thief with a gun stole $150 from a gas station at 12:15 a.m. Sept. 15.
North Figueroa Street, 5100 block--Thieves smashed the side window of a church and stole a radio, valued at $200, Sept. 15 or 16.
Figueroa Street, 5100 block--Thieves brandishing scissors stole liquor, valued at $75, at 1 a.m. and cigarettes, valued at $108, at 6 a.m. from minimarkets on Sept. 16.
Avenue 52 and North Figueroa Street--Pushing a man to the ground, thieves stole cash and telephone equipment, valued together at $295, at 10 p.m. Sept. 17.
York Boulevard, 5800 block--Thieves posed as customers at a fast-food restaurant, then pointed a gun and jumped over the counter to steal $200 at 4:25 p.m. Sept. 19.
Los Feliz
North Berendo Street, 1200 block--After kicking in the front door of a residence, thieves stole computer and video equipment, valued together at $2,500, between 6:40 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sept. 14.
Ambrose Avenue, 4400 block--Thieves smashed a rear bedroom window to steal a TV and video equipment, valued together at $2,000, between 11 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. Sept. 15.
Alexandria Avenue, 1500 block--Approaching a man from the rear, thieves pointed a gun at his stomach and stole $156 and credit cards at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 15.
Franklin Avenue, 4900 block--Thieves cut the lock on a garage and stole property, valued at $5,000, in a theft discovered Sept. 16.
Virgil Place, 1300 block--After kicking in the front door, thieves ransacked a residence and stole $1,000 at 8 a.m. Sept. 16.
Berendo and Fountain avenues--Approaching a man from the rear, two thieves with a gun stole jewelry, valued at $250, at 7:40 p.m. Sept. 16.
West Sunset Boulevard, 4400 block--Thieves with a gun hit a man in the head, then stole a wallet, cash and jewelry, valued together at $157, in a parking lot at 8:40 p.m. Sept. 17.
Mount Washington
Isabel Street, 3400 block--As one thief held a gun on a man, two others went through his pockets, stealing cash and jewelry, valued together at $510, at 12:45 a.m. Sept. 18.
Silver Lake
Hidalgo Avenue, 2300 block--After prying open a rear sliding-glass door, thieves stole a TV and video equipment, valued together at $4,100, from a residence between 2:15 and 3:10 p.m. Sept. 14.
Cove Avenue, 2100 block--Thieves opened an unlocked side window to a residence and stole camera and video equipment, valued at $1,300, between 8 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. Sept. 15.
Los Feliz Boulevard and Riverside Drive--Thieves approached two people in a parking lot and stole cash and clothing, valued together at $605, at 7:20 a.m. Sept. 19.
