Joan F. Beall has been elected to a second term as president of the Newport Harbor Art Museum’s board of directors. Others continuing in their former positions are James B. Pick, vice president, art and education; Harold C. Price, vice president, development; and Charles J. Diamond, treasurer. Thomas Rogers, senior vice president, corporate finance at the Irvine Co., and Eugene C. White, an attorney, are returning to the board after one-year absences. Rogers was elected vice president, planning and budget; White was elected secretary. Two new members, Ronnie Allumbaugh and Jennifer Rafferty Van Bergh, have joined the 36-member board. Allumbaugh, now retired, owned Ronnie Blair Interior Design and is a board member of the Visionaries, a museum support group. Van Bergh is vice president of the Southern California Banking Office of Bank of America. Board member David H. Steinmetz was elected to the honorary status of trustee emeritus, joining six other long-time supporters.
