MIAMI BEACH —
Miami Dolphin Coach Don Shula took advantage of a break in the team’s schedule to get married.
Shula, 63, wed Mary Anne Stephens, 48, Friday night in a small private ceremony at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Dorothy Shula, Don Shula’s wife of 32 years, died in 1991.
Shula met Stephens a year later at a New Year’s Day party at golfer Raymond Floyd’s house. It is Stephens’ fourth marriage, Shula’s second.
The Dolphins (4-1) do not play until next Sunday.
