LONG BEACH : 3 Teen-Agers in Stolen Car Killed in Police Chase
Three teen-agers were killed Friday night when the stolen car in which they were riding careened out of control and crashed into a building after being chased by police, Long Beach police said.
The crash occurred about 7:20 p.m. after the driver of the stolen car ran a red light and led police on a zigzagging chase through streets and alleys, according to investigators.
During the chase, the stolen car struck another vehicle, injuring several occupants.
Three of six juveniles in the stolen car died when the vehicle struck the building, police said.
